Her debut film 1920, directed by Vikram Bhatt, was a box office success for which she garnered favourable reviews for her performance.Sharma made her cinematic debut with 1920. She made her Tollywood debut with the film Heart Attack starring opposite Nithiin. She also played a supporting role in the 2014 Hindi movie, Hasee Toh Phasee.
