The movie is based upon the story of 5 girls and their journey as an annual calender girl.Things changed for her when a common friend of Madhur Bhandarkar's manager told her about the auditions for fresh faces in Madhur's next film Calendar Girls. After which, she went for the audition and performed upon some scenes of the movie Fashion and Heroine.
